If we take this definition we may note 3 things on conflict resolution. First the severity of conflicts, second the methods and processes involved in resolution and lastly facilitation and peaceful ending of conflicts. Before we jump into the three points we should first know why is conflict resolution required and more importantly what is conflict resolution and what is a conflict.
